The business is open to candidates from a general warehouse or distribution background, provided you have the leadership, organisational and operational skills required to manage a fast-moving fulfilment function.

Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end fulfilment process, from receiving and processing orders through to picking, packing, inventory control and shipping preparation. • Work closely with production, warehouse, suppliers, manufacturers and carriers to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Ensure high standards of quality are maintained throughout the fulfilment process.

• Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental standards.
• Train, develop and support team members to maximise performance and accuracy.
• Deal with day-to-day employee issues and escalate HR matters where appropriate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and the implementation of new systems, processes and digital tools.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improved ways of working.
• Attend relevant departmental meetings and contribute to wider operational improvement projects

We are looking for an organised, hands-on and commercially aware operational professional who enjoys taking ownership and getting things done.
