Supply Chain Administrator - Eastleigh - 27,000-28,000 + bonus - Hybrid role working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and driven individual to join a busy operations team, helping to manage supplier deliveries, reduce backlog and keep customers informed. This role would suit an ambitious graduate looking for a commercial career, as well as experienced professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Expedite supplier deliveries and minimise overdue backlog.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Challenge suppliers professionally to improve delivery performance.
• Investigate and resolve invoice queries, shortages and order issues.
• Keep business systems updated with accurate order information.
• Run backlog reports and monitor progress against key priorities.
• Attend regular meetings to review critical orders and escalations.
• Deliver prompt, professional communication to customers and colleagues.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing, planning, customer service or administration would be beneficial.
• Recent graduates with strong organisational and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and good Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with ERP, MRP or inventory management systems is advantageous.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and take ownership of finding solutions.
