OurClienthasanexcellentreputationacrosstheSouthWestandarelookingforanexperiencedStructuralDesignEngineertojointheirteam.Thisisanexcitingopportunityforanengineerwith12months+experiencetoworkonadiverseandinterestingrangeofprojectsthroughoutthesouthwestandacrossdifferentsectorsincludingresidential,commercial,industrial,educationandhealth.Asakeymemberofourteam,youwillbeworkingwithexceptionalcolleaguesonthestructuraldesignofchallengingprojectsthatwillimproveyourknowledgeandunderstandingofstructuralengineering.Youwillalsoberequiredtoliaiseandcordinatewiththeirinfrastructure,highwaysanddrainageengineersandyouwillbeinvolvedineveryaspectofschemedevelopment,preliminaryanddetaileddesignsandprojectmanagement.

Youwillworkonawiderangeofinterestingandchallengingprojectsacrossdifferentsectorsandprovideeconomicandstructurallyefficientbuildings.YouwillproducedrawingsusingAutoCADorRevitandpreparestructuraldesigncalculationsasinstructed,onaprojectbasisusingthecurrentEurocodes,BSStandardsandApprovedCodesofPractice.Youwillassistwithcoordinatingthestructuralandcivilengineeringaspectsofthedesignprocess.

YoushouldhavearelevantBEng/MEnginStructuralEngineering.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillbeanenthusiasticself motivatedteamplayerwithgoodcommunicationskills,haveastrongworkethicandhavetheabilitytoworkunderowninitiative.
