40 Hours Per Week | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Up to £30,000 Depending on Experience

ST TALENT are recruiting for a Project Administrator on behalf of an established business based in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working with people, coordinating tasks and keeping things running smoothly.

Working closely with the Sales, Project Management and Technical teams, you'll play an important role in helping projects move through the business efficiently. You'll be responsible for scheduling work, monitoring priorities, communicating updates between departments and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is looking to develop within a successful and growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the submission of new drawings and revisions
• Support Project Managers with scheduling and planning workloads
• Monitor work submitted to the Technical Team and help manage priorities
• Monitor drawing approvals, comments and site survey information
• Track project revisions and communicate updates to relevant teams
• Help ensure design reviews are completed within agreed timescales
• Liaise with Sales, Project Managers and Technical teams to keep projects moving
• Check project information at handover stage to ensure all details are complete
• Attend project handover meetings and provide administrative support
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department

About You

• Previous administration experience
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with different people
• Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
