Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Administration

• Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Support the preparation and distribution of project reports, status updates, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate project meetings, maintain project calendars, and support project logistics as required.
• Assist with the project close-out activities and handover documentation.

Document Control

• Ensure all project documentation is stored correctly and kept up to date.
• Issue drawings, specifications, and project documentation to clients and site teams.
• Manage document revisions and ensure version control procedures are followed.
• Assist with the preparation of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and handover packs.

CAD Support

• Update and amend CAD drawings for project delivery teams.
• Produce installation drawings, schematic layouts, and mark-up drawings as required.
• Produce, as installed and as built drawings upon project completion . Maintain drawing registers and revision histories.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards and client requirements.
• Support Project Managers and Engineers with drawing-related queries.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or Project Support role.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience managing documentation and version control.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience within the security systems, construction, engineering, or technical services sectors.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, intruder alarm, gates and barriers systems.
