Direct Sales Advisor

We’re hiring ambitious, energetic Direct Sales Advisors to join a fast-growing utilities provider supporting businesses across Durham, Sunderland and the wider North East.

This is not a lead generation or appointment-setting role. You'll take ownership of the entire sales process, working with warm B2B prospects and engaging directly with business owners and key decision-makers to identify opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, negotiate commercial agreements, and close deals.

You'll be representing a multi-utilities business that helps organisations across the UK reduce costs and improve operational efficiency through tailored water, waste, and connectivity solutions. If you enjoy building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and driving revenue through consultative sales, you'll thrive in this role.

The Role

• Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to negotiation and closing
• Engage with business owners and key decision-makers across the UK to understand their utility requirements
• Sell a portfolio of water, waste, and connectivity solutions tailored to each customer's needs
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline while accurately forecasting opportunities
• Negotiate commercial agreements and consistently achieve sales and revenue targets
• Collaborate with an experienced commercial team to maximise customer value and deliver an outstanding buying experience
