Can you open doors, build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and convert opportunities into long-term customers?
Our client is a growing waste transfer and recycling business based in Doncaster. Due to increasing demand for their services, they are looking to recruit a motivated and commercially minded Sales Consultant to help drive continued growth.
This is a field-based sales role focused on developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer accounts across the region. You'll be meeting customers face-to-face, understanding their requirements, presenting solutions and negotiating commercial agreements.

What you'll be doing as the sales consultant:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing business customers
• Identifying and securing new B2B sales opportunities
• Conducting customer visits to understand operational requirements and present solutions
• Building relationships with business owners, managers and key decision-makers
• Preparing and delivering professional proposals and presentations
• Negotiating pricing and commercial agreements
• Following up enquiries and managing the sales process through to completion
• Acting as an ambassador for the business and maintaining exceptional levels of customer service

Who we're looking for:
To be considered for this position, you must have previous B2B field sales experience.
The successful candidate will:

• Have a proven track record in business-to-business field sales
• Be confident generating new business as well as managing existing accounts
• Have experience meeting customers face-to-face and building long-term relationships
• Be commercially aware with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Be comfortable presenting proposals to decision-makers at all levels
• Be self-motivated, target-driven and capable of working independently
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Hold a full UK driving licence
