The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a hands-on, commercially astute QS with 5–10+ years' experience, ideally from a main contractor background.
You'll need to be confident managing multiple projects, dealing with subcontractors and clients, and taking ownership of your workload.
Experience across commercial, industrial, refurbishment, or civils would be advantageous.
Most importantly, you'll need to be comfortable in a fully office and site based environment and ideally live within around 30 minutes of Preston.
What's on Offer?
- £60,000 package including car allowance.
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
- Fully office and site based in Preston.
