Are you an experienced Cluster Manager or Area Manager looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting for a Cluster Manager to oversee a portfolio of fashion stores for an established multi-brand retail business, based in Swindon.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you'll lead Store Managers, drive sales and KPIs, and play a key role in developing teams and improving performance across multiple locations.

The Role

As Cluster Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of a group of stores. You'll work closely with Store Managers to drive sales, improve KPIs, develop people and maintain high standards across every location.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers and their teams
• Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance across the cluster
• Reviewing store performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
• Supporting Store Managers with recruitment, onboarding and team development
• Ensuring strong operational, visual merchandising and customer service standards
• Managing performance and supporting succession planning across the cluster
• Working closely with senior leadership to deliver wider business objectives
• Regularly visiting stores and being a visible, hands-on retail leader

About You

• Proven experience as a Cluster Manager, Area Manager or in a similar multi-site retail management role
• Strong fashion or lifestyle retail experience
• A proven track record of driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
• Experience leading and developing Store Managers across multiple locations
• Confident analysing performance and turning commercial data into action
• Strong people leadership, coaching and communication skills
• Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Hands-on, energetic and willing to roll your sleeves up when needed
• Passionate about delivering great customer experiences and developing people
