Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 DOE

We are looking for an experiencedCommercial Gas Engineer to join a growing team covering the Midlands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer with strong commercial experience to work across a varied portfolio of sites, includinghospitals, shopping centres and other large commercial properties .

The role will involve a mixture ofservice, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, installations and PPMs , as well as supporting small works and projects valued up to2 million .

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair commercial gas and heating systems.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
• Diagnose and rectify faults on commercial heating equipment.
• Complete commercial gas installations and small works.
• Work across a variety of commercial sites, including hospitals and shopping centres.
• Complete required paperwork and compliance documentation.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and to the required standards.

Requirements

• ValidCommercial ACS Gas qualifications .
• Previous experience working on commercial heating systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Commercial Gas / Heating engineering experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
