Location: Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, High Wycombe & surroundingareas (occasional Londonprojects)

Salary: 45,000 - 55,000basic + Company Caror Car Allowance+ Full Commissioning Training

An established andgrowing Building ManagementSystems (BMS) specialistis looking torecruitaJunior BMS CommissioningEngineer to join itsexpanding team.

This is anexcellent opportunity foran experiencedBMS Service Engineer witharound2-3 years' experiencewho is lookingto take thenext step intocommissioning. Full trainingand ongoing supportwill be provided,making this anideal role forsomeone with strongtechnical BMS knowledgewho wants todevelop theircareer.

Working across avaried portfolio ofcommercial projects,you'll assist withand gradually takeresponsibility for commissioningTrend BMS systemson projects rangingfrom20,000 to 450,000 . The majority ofwork is acrossO xfordshire, Buckinghamshireand High Wycombe, with only occasionalprojects in London.

You'll also havethe opportunity towork on prestigiouscommercial developments, including contracts withinthe motorsport sectorsuch asSilverstoneandFormula 1 facilities.

The Role

• Assist with commissioningTrend BMS systemson arange of commercialprojects.
• Learn all aspectsof the commissioningprocess through hands-on training andmentoring.
• Carry out testing, fault finding andsystem optimisation.
• Support senior commissioningengineers with projectdelivery and handovers.
• Attend sitesacross the region, working closely withproject teams andclients.
• Develop your knowledgeof Trend softwareand commissioning techniques.

Requirements

• Around2-3 years' experience workingas aBMS Service Engineer .
• Experience working withTrend BMS systems .
• Strong fault-findingand diagnostic skills.
• A genuine desireto move intoa commissioning roleand develop yourcareer.
• Good communication skillsand a professionalapproach when workingon customersites.
• Experience with Trendsoftware or graphicswould be beneficialbut is notessential.
