Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload across commercial landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations, forfeiture, lease renewals and break notices
• Handle possession claims and rent recovery
• Adjudicate boundary, easement and adverse possession issues
• Assist with leasehold enfranchisement and property-related professional negligence matters
• Benefit from early client responsibility and strong partner support to develop expertise

Key requirements

• 2+ years' PQE in Property Litigation
• Confident in managing own caseload
• Commercial, pragmatic and client-focused
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in enfranchisement or telecoms disputes is beneficial but not essential
