Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of commercial property disputes
Advise on lease disputes, breaches, renewals, rent arrears and forfeiture
Handle dilapidations, breach of covenant and related claims
Work on landlord and tenant disputes
Address easements, rights of way, adverse possession, boundary and party wall issues
Tackle farming partnership disputes and related ownership matters
Key requirements
Qualified Solicitor with circa 4+ PQE in Commercial Property Litigation
Strong technical expertise across contentious property matters
Commercially minded with excellent client-facing skills
Interested in networking, business development and growing your profile
