Responsibilities
Manage own caseload across residential and commercial property disputes
Handle matters including restrictive covenants, easements, landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, and property-related insolvency
Draft high-quality pleadings and communications with clients and opponents
Collaborate with senior litigators to work on complex, high-value cases
Contribute to a team-oriented culture and actively participate in growth and knowledge sharing
Key requirements
2-6 years' PQE in property litigation (solicitor or CILEX)
Experience managing own caseload with confidence
Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
Excellent drafting and communication skills
Proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to grow with a leading regional firm
