You will operate in an Agile squad, driving TDD, BDD and pair programming to delivery. Responsibilities
Drive engineering best practices (TDD, BDD, pair programming) within the Agile squad
Develop and evolve a greenfield, multi-asset trading platform using Java and modern tech
Work with bleeding-edge stack (Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS) and participate in cross-training (Scala, Kotlin)
Contribute to design and implementation decisions, and promote open-source tooling
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, robust software across cloud environment
Key requirements
Java experience: 2+ years for junior roles, 6+ years for senior roles
Experience with Agile / XP practices including TDD, BDD, Pair Programming
