Overview

In this hands-on Quality Auditor role at Greencore Highbridge, you will audit and monitor quality systems across site operations to ensure food safety and compliance. You’ll work closely with operations to provide practical technical guidance and drive corrective actions. The role supports QA investigations, traceability, and testing activities, contributing to continuous improvement and product quality. Responsibilities

• Audit compliance with QMS, GMP, and HACCP and drive corrective actions
• Identify root causes and reduce repeat non-conformances through proactive audits
• Perform traceability audits and present findings clearly
• Coordinate sampling (microbiological, nutritional, swabs, organoleptic) and trend results
• Prepare and facilitate taste panels; escalate out-of-spec results and recommend improvements
• Calibrate measurement equipment and manage out-of-tolerance actions
• Support investigations into complaints, incidents, and out-of-spec results via audits and data analysis
• Assist in NPD trials and product launches including testing and shelf-life assessment
• Provide day-to-day technical support to factory teams and customer visits
• Contribute to Technical KPI delivery through audits and proactive improvements
• Promote health, safety, and environmental standards on site
