Responsibilities
Oversee design quality and ensure alignment with project expectations
Drive on-site checks and compliance to high standards
Support Technical Management to approve designs and maintain project briefs
Follow technical processes, resolve issues, and improve project workflows
Check and review full working drawing packages
Deliver projects from start to finish while coordinating with stakeholders
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Maintain punctuality, reliability, and practical problem-solving on site
Key requirements
Degree-qualified in construction or equivalent
Experience in new build high-rise and reinforced concrete residential projects
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong communication and people management skills
Motivated with a desire to grow within the business
Ability to work with minimal instruction and on-site presence occasionally
