Responsibilities
Lead and coach the team, including shift scheduling, training, and talent development
Deliver friendly, attentive service and actively listen to customer feedback
Maintain high product availability and keep fresh counters well stocked
Ensure market-leading product availability, safety, and legal compliance in day-to-day operations
Collaborate with other Managers to build a supportive, performance-driven department
Manage standards and routines to sustain efficient store operations
Key requirements
Experience leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communicator who shares knowledge and keeps the team informed
Ability to build positive working relationships across the store team

Confident in stepping in as Manager in Charge and running shifts smoothly
