Responsibilities
Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a main point of contact in delivery teams
Understand user, business needs and wider operational context
Own and develop product strategies and visions
Create product roadmaps and prioritise features
Manage product backlogs including elaboration, prioritisation and acceptance of user stories
Plan and track user feedback, benefits realisation and service performance to optimise design
Manage supplier performance
Key requirements
Experienced product manager with mentoring/coaching capabilities
Experience in agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams
Proven ability to deliver new products in large, complex transformation projects
Strong client relationship skills and cross-team collaboration
Experience delivering in the UK public sector with GDS standards and Service Standard Assessments
