Senior Product Manager

Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will deliver high-profile digital products for major UK clients and Public Sector organisations, shaping product strategy and roadmaps in a cross-functional, agile environment. You’ll contribute to Netcompany’s Centres of Excellence and support client engagement and business development. You will work with market-leading technology to meet user needs, deliver business impact, and benefit society. This is a role at the intersection of product leadership, user-centred design, and public sector delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients and act as a key contact in delivery teams
• Understand user, business needs and the wider context
• Own and develop product strategies and visions
• Create product roadmaps and prioritise features for development
• Manage product backlogs including elaboration, prioritisation and acceptance of user stories
• Create strategies and plans to capture and track user feedback, benefits realisation and service performance and use these to optimise product design
• Manage supplier performance

Key requirements

• Experienced product manager capable of mentoring and coaching team members
• Experience working in agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams
• Proven track record delivering new products within large and complex transformation projects
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to work across teams to deliver on tight timescales
• Experience delivering in the UK public sector including working to GDS standards and passing Service Standard Assessments
• Consulting experience is desirable
