Creative Learning Support

Overview

In this role, you support primary school pupils to access learning and participate in class activities. You will work 1:1 or in small groups, using creativity to engage and motivate children and to build confidence. You’ll collaborate with teachers and school staff to support learners with additional needs. This is a flexible, immediate-start opportunity for creatively minded individuals to make a tangible difference in children’s education.

Pay / Benefits

• Daily pay 92-94 per day
• Weekly PAYE with no umbrella deductions

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Help learners access learning and participate in classroom activities
• Encourage confidence, communication and independence
• Support pupils with additional learning, social, emotional or behavioural needs
• Work closely with teachers and wider school staff
• Build trusted relationships with children who require extra support
• Use creativity and initiative to overcome barriers to learning
• Act as a positive role model throughout the school day

• Overseas police check if applicable
