Mobile Building Services Engineer

As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will maintain a portfolio of commercial sites across London, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to building services. Pay / Benefits

• Salary 45,000 – 50,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a portfolio of commercial properties
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and diagnose faults in building services systems
• Perform general electrical, mechanical, and building fabric maintenance as needed
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations and site procedures
• Complete maintenance reports, service records, and relevant documentation
• Build positive relationships with clients and site teams while delivering high standards of service
• Manage daily workloads and work independently across multiple sites

Key requirements

• Electrical or Mechanical qualification such as City & Guilds, NVQ, or a recognised apprenticeship
• Experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management
• Strong fault-finding, technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently, organise workloads, and communicate professionally with clients
