Overview

In this role you will provide patient-centred general medical care to people of all ages, supporting prevention and managing a broad range of conditions. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to clinical governance and service development in a modern primary care setting. The position offers flexible patterns (6–8 sessions) and opportunities to influence the practice's future direction, including involvement in the new premises project. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred general medical services
• Collaborate with the GP and multidisciplinary team
• Participate in the total triage system and regular triage sessions
• Contribute to clinical meetings, significant event reviews, audits, and practice development
• Support ongoing development of clinical services
• Share responsibility for safeguarding, prescribing, quality improvement, and governance
• Engage in development of the new premises and future direction of the practice

Key requirements

• GMC registered and on the NHS England Performers List
• Experienced and committed clinician
