Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of private family matters (divorce, financial remedy, children)
• Drafting, client communication, and efficient case handling
• Represent clients in ADR and court proceedings when applicable
• Maintain high standards of client care and professional conduct
• Collaborate with a values-led, supportive team and leverage supervision

Key requirements

• 2–5 PQE in family law
• Strong drafting, communication, and client-handling skills
• Experience with ADR and court proceedings is advantageous
• Membership of Resolution or willingness to join
• Ability to handle mid-to-high net worth asset cases and complex issues
