As a Family Solicitor in Worcestershire, you will manage your own caseload focusing on divorce, financial remedy, and related family matters. You will advise clients on matrimonial finances, property disputes, and children issues, including potential Legal Aid cases. You will represent clients in negotiations, settlements, and court proceedings with clear, empathetic communication. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a reputable firm and develop Legal Aid practice within a supportive team.
Responsibilities
Manage own caseload across divorce, financial remedy, matrimonial finances, property disputes, and children matters
Advise clients on a range of family law issues and strategies
Lead negotiations and settlements and handle court proceedings as needed
Represent and advocate for clients with clear, empathetic client care
Manage Legal Aid cases where applicable
Attend clients and maintain strong communication throughout proceedings
Provide risk assessment and case strategy in collaboration with the team
Support the team with compliance and case documentation
