Overview

In this role, you will manage and secure the organization’s collaboration and mobility tools, focusing on Intune, Entra, and Microsoft 365 to enable productive work across devices. You’ll partner with global teams to design, deploy, and optimize secure access and publish on‑premises apps, while ensuring reliability and governance. You will drive automation, support cross‑functional initiatives, and resolve incidents to maintain performance and security. This position offers impact through shaping how Millennium’s workforce collaborates in a high‑scale, security‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and app distribution, including migrations to Intune
Manage lifecycle of internal and third‑party mobile apps across corporate and BYOD environments
Design and maintain Microsoft Entra Application Proxy solutions for secure on‑premises publishing
Engineer and support Microsoft Global Secure Access, including Private/Internet Access policies and SSO integration
Coordinate iOS/iPadOS release readiness and collaborate on Intune SDK integration, SSO, and secure connectivity
Validate mobile app policies, data protections, and connectivity; monitor infrastructure health and performance
Resolve requests and incidents via ServiceNow; manage vendor support cases with Microsoft, Apple, and others
Automate processes and document procedures; contribute to global infrastructure projects and new services

Key requirements

Experience with mobile device management and mobile app management using Microsoft Intune
Experience with Microsoft Entra Application Proxy and Global Secure Access
Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online)
