GP Partner/ Salaried GP

Overview

In this role you will provide high-quality primary care across our Weymouth Bay Medical Practice, collaborating with a large multi-site team. You will contribute to a friendly, supportive environment and participate in our training practice culture. The position offers a clear pathway to partnership and a flexible session-based workload. Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care and manage patient caseload across three sites
• Collaborate with a wide GP and nursing team to maintain patient lists
• Engage with visiting services to reduce in-person visits
• Participate in Social Practice meetings and multi-disciplinary discussions
• Utilize SystmOne and workflow/document management systems
• Support training and development within the practice
• Pursue partnership discussions for eligible roles

Key requirements

• MRCGP or equivalent JCPTGP CCT
• Full GMC Registration
• Listed on the national Performers List
• Current UK professional registration
• NHS Careers eligibility
