Responsibilities

Develop Python-based prototype and production-grade software for hardware-integrated AI systems
Prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborate with hardware, sensor, and embedded teams to deliver integrated solutions
Work on both early-stage prototypes and mature product technologies
Contribute to software design and optimization for performance and reliability
On-site role with potential relocation and security considerations

Key requirements

First-class or equivalent in Computer Science from a top Russell Group university
MSc or PhD desirable
Extensive Python experience for prototyping and production code
Aptitude to learn new languages and tecnologías quickly
Experience with hardware devices or sensors
Knowledge of embedded systems, mobile OS, or computer networking beneficial
Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch desirable
Exposure to computational statistics, algorithm development, or ML optimization bonus
British national, UK resident for past 5 years, eligible for security clearance
Full UK driving licence or in process to obtain one
Full onsite work requirement
