Overview

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end deployment of Palantir-based AI solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into production-ready AI apps. You’ll scale and operationalise AI capabilities within enterprise environments, driving adoption and best practices. This opportunity places you at the forefront of enterprise AI delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of AI solutions on Palantir AIP and Foundry
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready AI apps
• Design and implement scalable AI workflows and operational tools
• Accelerate AI adoption through hands-on engineering and deployment activities
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists and business teams to integrate AI into operations
• Troubleshoot and optimise deployed solutions to maximise business value
• Drive best practices in AI deployment, platform engineering and solution architecture

Key requirements

• Proven Forward Deployment Engineer experience or similar in Palantir ecosystem
• Expertise in Palantir AIP
• Experience delivering AI/data-driven solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills
• Experience working directly with end users and stakeholders to deliver value
• Experience integrating large language models (LLMs) into business processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
