Responsibilities

Lead and shape the Private Client department and steer its future strategy
Manage and develop a talented team while maintaining high-quality client work
Nurture and expand relationships with HNW/UHNW clients
Oversee strategic growth and contribute to firm-wide expansion plans
Hands-on delivery of complex private client matters (trusts, estates, tax planning, Wills)
Drive business development and client retention with a proactive, commercial mindset
Represent the department in cross-functional initiatives and governance
Provide mentorship and contribute to succession planning and talent development

Key requirements

10+ PQE in private client law
Proven leadership and mentoring skills
Strong client relationship management and business development ability
Client following is essential
Experience handling complex private client matters (trusts, estates, probate, tax planning, succession)
Commercial, proactive mindset
Autonomy and influence within a senior role
