Overview

In this Senior Associate role, you will lead high-profile construction disputes from Bristol, handling complex claims across payment, delays, defects and professional negligence. You will oversee adjudication, litigation, arbitration and other ADR processes while collaborating with colleagues across departments. You contribute to a broad client base and play a key part in shaping large-scale projects and policy, in a collegiate, growth‑oriented firm. Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile construction disputes across the sector
• Handle payment claims, delays and defects
• Advise on professional negligence matters
• Oversee contract management and dispute avoidance
• Manage adjudication, litigation, arbitration, mediation and ADR processes
• Collaborate across departments on cases and strategy
• Provide direct client exposure from day one

Key requirements

• 5-8+ years PQE
• Confident litigator with experience leading construction disputes
• Strong technical expertise in JCT and NEC contracts
• Experience with adjudications and ADR processes
• Ability to influence large-scale projects and policy
• Autonomy to drive matters forward
