Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents (underwriting, purchase, and subscription agreements)
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence to ensure smooth deal execution
• Assist with regulatory compliance matters and stock exchange communications
• Manage workload and meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment
• Contribute to client meetings, presentations, and calls with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-3 years PQE in Equity Capital Markets or related field
• Strong academic background from a top university
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters with accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with keen attention to detail
• Collaborative and results-driven team player with a strong work ethic
• Experience in a fast-paced international law firm environment is a plus
