In this role you will support partners in a Top 20 law firm’s ECM and Public M&A practice, contributing to the rebuild of a high-profile team. You will work closely with partners on complex transactions and help shape the ECM and M&A offering for top-tier clients. The position focuses on delivering senior-level expertise in equity capital markets and public M&A within a prestigious firm environment. Key requirements

• Strong ECM and Public M&A expertise
• Current employment at US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or Top 20 law firms
• E&W qualified
• 7-12 PQE
