In this role you will own and shape the product strategy and roadmap for innovative financial technology solutions. You’ll bridge customer needs with commercial aims and tech delivery, working with cross-functional teams to drive agile product delivery. You’ll engage with customers and end clients, capture requirements, and translate them into actionable deliverables. The position offers remote work with some travel, providing opportunities to influence fintech products and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
Own and develop the product strategy, vision and roadmap
Engage with customers and end clients to understand challenges and priorities
Translate customer needs into product requirements, user stories and technical deliverables
Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Operations and other stakeholders to enable delivery
Lead agile product delivery activities and manage backlogs
Prepare and deliver customer workshops, product demos and presentations
Support commercial discussions and contribute to presales where appropriate
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure products meet market requirements
Key requirements
Experience in Product Management within FinTech, banking, payments or financial services technology
Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmaps and agile delivery
Experience gathering requirements and conducting customer discovery
Knowledge of software development processes and working with Engineering teams
Understanding of payments, banking infrastructure, APIs or related fintech areas
Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
Commercial awareness and ability to connect product decisions with business objectives
Excellent communication, presentation and product demonstration skills
