Our client, a growing business in the FinTech and banking technology sector, is seeking a Product Manager for a permanent, predominantly remote opportunity. The role will bridge customer needs, commercial objectives and technology delivery, helping to shape and enhance innovative financial technology products.Key Responsibilities:Own and develop the product strategy, vision and roadmapEngage directly with customers and end clients to understand challenges, requirements and prioritiesTranslate customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories and technical deliverablesWork closely with Engineering, Commercial, Operations and other internal stakeholders to support successful product deliveryLead agile product delivery activities, prioritising features and managing product backlogsPrepare and deliver customer workshops, product demonstrations and presentationsSupport commercial discussions and contribute to presales activity where appropriateMaintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring products meet business and market requirementsJob Requirements:Experience in Product Management within FinTech, banking, payments or financial services technologyStrong understanding of product strategy, roadmap ownership and agile product deliveryExperience gathering requirements and conducting customer discoveryKnowledge of software development processes and the ability to work effectively with Engineering teamsUnderstanding of payments, banking infrastructure, cash management, APIs or related financial technologyStrong customer and stakeholder management skillsCommercial awareness and the ability to connect product decisions with business objectivesExcellent communication, presentation and product demonstration skillsBenefits:Predominantly remote working arrangementOpportunity to shape the strategy and roadmap of financial technology productsRegular engagement with customers and end clientsCollaborative working environment across Product, Engineering, Commercial and Operations teamsOccasional travel to offices in Knutsford or Basingstoke, depending on locationExposure to a growing FinTech and banking technology businessThis is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused Product Manager who can combine technical product expertise with commercial understanding and strong external communication skills.
