Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a UKI consultant and specification sales plan aligned with PACS growth
• Build strategic relationships with security consultants, architects, engineers and specifiers
• Identify early-stage projects and convert them into qualified opportunities
• Shape outcomes and specifications before tender through consultative selling
• Own qualification and progression of consultant-influenced opportunities with cross-functional teams
• Maintain active consultant-influenced pipeline and accurate CRM records
• Prioritise consultant organisations connected to large opportunities using market intelligence
• Coordinate discovery meetings and follow-ups with cross-functional teams
• Plan targeted consultant campaigns, CPD activities and solution workshops
• Identify and coordinate consultant-facing sales tools and technical content
• Represent HID at meetings, platforms, events and standards forums
• Understand external drivers shaping requirements (cybersecurity, resilience, interoperability)
• Develop opportunities in secure infrastructure modernization, mobile/digital access and cloud services
• Provide updates on activity, pipeline, forecasts and revenue

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years in sales or business development in physical security, access control or related field
• Experience generating new business and managing multi-stakeholder opportunities
• Proven ability to engage consultants, architects, engineers and specifiers and convert engagement into opportunities
• Ability to build senior relationships, interpret specifications, and translate requirements into commercial propositions
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM
