Overview

You’ll work within Deloitte’s Enterprise Transformation and Agility practice to design and implement agile operating models and modern tech roadmaps. You lead delivery and analysis, shaping solutions with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement teams or workstreams through delivery leadership or business analysis
• Conduct research and analysis to understand client challenges and opportunities
• Develop presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations
• Support design and implementation of solutions with client teams
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposals and client presentations
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Strong experience in technology consulting or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in Financial Services is a plus
• Knowledge of agile methodologies or TBM beneficial
