Commercial Property Solicitor, dual-qualified

Overview

In this Belfast-based role you will act as a real estate specialist advising commercial property developers on high-rise residential, retail and leisure projects. You will work with household-name clients across NI, ROI and the UK, supported by strong training in real estate law. The position combines hands-on development work with opportunities to grow your client network and take on increasing responsibility in a supportive team. You will contribute to acquisition, funding, development and disposal of land while handling general real estate management issues.

Responsibilities

• Advise commercial property developers on development projects across sectors
• Assist with acquisition, funding, development and disposal of land
• Provide guidance on general real estate management issues
• Engage with clients and colleagues to build relationships
• Operate as part of a team under pressure with attention to detail

Key requirements

• 2–7 years’ PQE in real estate
• Associate or senior associate level
• Solid experience in real estate development work
• Ambition to build and grow a client network within professional services
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confident client engagement
• Strong teamwork, ability to work under pressure
• Drive, self-motivation and a can-do attitude
• Discretion and professionalism; exceptional attention to detail
