Venn Group's specialist legal recruitment team is recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor with experience in Real Estate and Agricultural on behalf of a well-established law firm. The Role
You will be responsible for:
Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development matters
Advising clients on agricultural property and rural land transactions
Supporting landowners, businesses, developers and agricultural clients on a wide range of real estate matters
Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, easements and ancillary property documentation
Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering exceptional levels of service
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Commercial Property team
About You
Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with experience in both Real Estate and Agricultural Property
Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions and rural land matters
Ability to manage a mixed caseload independently
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
