Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Overview

In this role you will build and manage your own client base as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser within Just Mortgages. You will work closely with in-branch teams to maximise opportunities, deliver exceptional customer care, and drive growth through new leads and referrals. You’ll present solutions, navigate multiple tasks, and maintain relationships across buyers, vendors, and developers. Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, and maximise in-branch opportunities
• Follow up on in-branch leads from the Estate Agency team and maximize value from each client
• Generate your own leads and business independently
• Collaborate with the Estate Agency, Admin, Training and Development, Compliance teams, and the Divisional Sales Director to streamline processes for clients
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from start to finish, going above and beyond to meet high service standards
• Support and contribute within the branch to identify opportunities for referrals and drive KPIs

Key requirements

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent
• Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
• Right to work evidence (Passport/Birth Certificate)
• Proof of Address
• National Insurance
• Full UK Driving Licence

• Engaging with people from diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication across email, phone, face-to-face, and video
• Multitasking and time management
• Relationship maintenance with vendors, buyers, and developers
• Accountability for KPIs and proactive opportunity seeking
• Comfortable presenting on camera and engaging audiences
