In this role you will lead IC production development and ensure production quality for wireless and automotive devices. You will design qualification and reliability programs and drive yield enhancements. You will coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to align on quality and performance targets. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and supplier management, enabling impactful improvements in semiconductor products.
Responsibilities
Own IC production development and production quality for wireless and automotive devices
Plan and implement qualification and reliability programs
Develop and execute product yield enhancement initiatives
Interface with suppliers and internal departments to drive alignment and issue resolution
Key requirements
Semiconductor Product engineering experience
IC Test knowledge (ATE)
Quality and reliability experience (ISO9000)
Excellent communication skills
Engineering Degree / PhD in Electronic Engineering / Physics or equivalent
