Air Conditioning Engineer

Overview

As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will service and install a range of cooling systems across Hampshire and surrounding counties. You’ll work on residential and commercial projects, from splits to VRF/VRV, contributing to installation, fault finding, maintenance and commissioning. You join a team focused on quality workmanship and customer service, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as the business grows. Responsibilities

• Installation, service, maintenance, fault-finding, and commissioning of air conditioning systems
• Work across residential and commercial projects on split, multi-split, cassette, ducted and VRF/VRV systems
• Collaborate with customers to ensure high workmanship standards and satisfaction
• Support ongoing training and professional development
• Cover Hampshire and surrounding counties as required

Key requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ air conditioning experience
• Strong background in service, maintenance, installation and fault finding
• Desirable: experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Samsung and Haier equipment
• Confident with splits, multi-splits, cassettes, ducted and VRF/VRV systems
• F-Gas Category 1
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong customer service and high workmanship standards
