In this role you will collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop RF and antenna systems from HF to SHF. You will work hands-on across simulation, prototyping and hardware testing, contributing to real product development. You’ll join a small, high-calibre team and engage with international engineering groups and customers. This position offers close mentorship, rapid learning, and the chance to impact live hardware and complex RF challenges.
Responsibilities
Design and develop RF and antenna systems (HF–SHF)
Perform electromagnetic simulations and iterate designs
Prototype, test and measure hardware in a lab environment
Collaborate with global engineering teams and end customers
Support RF circuit design and mixed-signal electronics integration
Contribute to real hardware builds beyond simulation
Key requirements
Degree in Electronic Engineering
Exposure to RF/antenna design (academic or industry)
Familiarity with CST, HFSS, ADS, AWR or similar
Solid grounding in electromagnetics and RF fundamentals
Practical mindset for building, testing and iterating hardware
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
