Principal Electronics Engineer

Overview

In this role you will lead the design and development of high-performance analogue and digital electronic systems across the full product lifecycle. You will set hardware architecture, oversee schematic and PCB work, and guide integration with software, FPGA, and mechanical teams. You’ll provide technical leadership, drive prototypes through bring-up and testing, and ensure successful production handover. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex analogue and digital electronic systems
• Define hardware architecture and drive projects from concept to production
• Oversee schematic design, PCB development, and component selection
• Support prototype bring-up, testing, and debugging in the lab
• Collaborate with embedded software, FPGA, and mechanical teams for system integration
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers

Key requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong analogue and digital circuit design and PCB development experience
• Experience on complex hardware systems in a semiconductor or high-technology environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to contribute technically and architecturally
• Excellent communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
