Finance Manager, Amazon Ads Sales Finance EU

Overview

In this role you will guide the financial direction of Amazon Ads’ EU Open Internet and Ad Tech, owning end-to-end revenue forecasting and performance analysis. You will partner with Sales, Ad Tech, and Leadership to surface opportunities, quantify risks, and drive accountability for growth initiatives. You will design self-serve reporting and AI-enhanced tools to deliver insights directly to decision-makers, removing bottlenecks. Expect a mix of rigorous analysis and strategic influence as you translate data into actions that accelerate revenue growth. Responsibilities

• Own EU Open Internet revenue forecasting and cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Track market-level opportunities and risks, quantify revenue opportunities, and advise Sales leadership on actions
• Partner with Ad Tech on growth initiatives to drive adoption and revenue
• Own the financial framework for initiatives, track performance, identify optimization levers, drive cross-team accountability
• Design self-serve reporting, dashboards (QuickSight, Tableau), automated pipelines, and AI-enhanced tools for decision makers
• Prepare and share regular strategic priority updates for Leadership, outlining in-flight initiatives, risks, decisions needed, and progress against goals

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles
• Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets for decision-making
• Experience in Excel (macros, indexing, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, lookups)
