Overview

In this role you will develop internal platforms using Python, Django and SQL to support business workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions. The position offers ownership from day one and exposure to multiple teams on fast-paced initiatives. This is a chance to shape a scaling FinTech product that serves investment management.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal platforms and applications using Python, Django and SQL
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and solve complex problems
• Translate business processes into scalable, effective technology solutions
• Work across multiple teams and projects, providing technical solutions to diverse challenges
• Continuously improve internal systems, processes and data-driven capabilities
• Take ownership of projects from understanding the problem through to delivering the solution

Key requirements

• BSc degree in STEM from a top tier university
• Strong Python coding skills, including Django experience
• Good understanding of APIs
• Comfortable using Agentic AI tools e.g. Claude
• Collaborative with advanced communication skills
