Responsibilities

• Work on JCT contracts and collateral warranties
• Draft and negotiate appointments
• Provide transactional support for real estate-focused matters
• Contribute to a broad range of non-contentious construction matters for real estate clients

Key requirements

• 2-4 PQE solicitor, England & Wales or Commonwealth
• At least 2 years UK non-contentious construction experience, preferably in private practice
