Job Title : Non-Contentious Construction Associate 2-4 PQE- Leading Boutique law firm

Salary : £96,000-£103,000

PQE Level : 2-4 PQE

Contract Type : Permanent

Working Hours : Full-Time

Firm : Our client is a leading boutique law firm with a prestigious reputation and market leading non-contentious construction practice with a real estate focus.

Role : Joining a highly ranked non-contentious construction team which also benefits from market leading private wealth, commercial real estate and HNW residential property teams, you will be involved in a wide range of matters for a real estate focused client base.

• Eclectic client base including developers, funders, employers, contractors, private capital, family offices, UHNWIs
• JCT contracts
• Collateral warranties
• Draft and negotiate appointments
• Transactional support

Successful candidate:

• 2-4 PQE qualified solicitor, England & Wales or Commonwealth
• At least 2 years UK non-contentious construction experience preferably within private practice
