In this role you will own MMIC development from architecture to fabrication and testing. You’ll design MMICs using GaAs, GaN and InP, work with foundries, and verify devices through RF testing and reliability validation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive production releases and mentor newer engineers. This position offers ownership of high-frequency projects in a growing RF/microwave business with access to well-equipped labs and a clear path to impact product direction.
