In this role you lead and develop Exeter Hospital to surpass quality and financial targets, working under the Hospital Director and Director of Clinical Services. You will set direction for services aligned with Nuffield Health goals and foster cross-site collaboration. You’ll shape budgets, pricing insight, and growth initiatives, while delivering excellent patient pathways and customer service. Lead Hospital performance to exceed quality and financial targets

Key requirements
Significant commercial experience, ideally in a hospital setting
Strong influencing skills
